Commercial Solar is a big investment, but not an overwhelming one

Solar offers a significant economic benefit for commercial property owners while also positively impacting the environment and offering a path to compliance for new municipal requirements like Energize Denver. A local, experienced solar installer will help you navigate the complexities of commercial solar to achieve financial success for your project.

The $5.4 million facility in Boulder will consist of 268 units in a three-story building.

Both facilities will have a mix of climate controlled and nonclimate controlled interior and drive-up units in a variety of sizes, ranging from 5 feet by 5 feet to 14 feet by 30 feet.

Security includes propertywide digital video recording, individual unit alarms, electronic keypad access and central station monitoring. Customers will have access to online billing and payment; large, covered loading docks; moving carts and dollies; packing and moving supplies; free use of moving truck to move-in; free Wi-Fi; and use of conference room, fax and copy services.

The buildings, constructed by Lone Tree-based Nordstrum Commercial Builders, consist of masonry, stucco and metal exteriors over steel framing and reinforced concrete foundations. The facility in Longmont was designed by Desmone Architects in Pittsburgh, and the Boulder facility was designed by Denver-based Sy-Bazz Architecture.

Guardian Storage has 12 locations and is building three more in Pittsburgh. It also has locations in Westminster and Superior.
